Set the names for your indices

In the image below you can see an example of filter index items where each item has its own type of name. Set these type names to the filter indexes on the filter index page. For this you have to be logged in first.

Use as options in the chatbot

In the image below you see the type names coming back in a chatbot as options. This way you make it easier for users of the chat to find the right information.
